According to the Centre on the Developing Child of Harvard University, 90% of a child brain's development happens at 5 years of age. 

While it may not appear on the surface, babies are working hard, learning and processing new information all the time. Play can help them make sense of the world and, therefore, is essential to this developmental journey.

But - How to play with a baby?

This was one common question as we spoke to new parents and other grown-ups in a baby’s life. 

Here is a set of 25 simple play ideas for infants less than a year old. These will bring joy and give you some “me time,” all while helping your child develop crucial skills. 

So, stop researching and start playing. Gift your child with mindful play and space to grow.
